January '08 - South America: A Day At Sea & Valparaiso, Chile

And, our last evening, we shared a Single Malt Scotch tasting with our friends Lee & Jim. There was another man there, however, since I have no way of letting him know I posted his picture, I chose to take him out of the pic. Marko was one of our favorite bartenders.

There were four scotches, two Highland Park, a 12 year old and a 25 year old and two The Macallan, a 12 year old and an 18 year old. My favorite was the 12 year old Macallan. I didn't really care for either of the Highland Parks as they were just way too 'smokey' and sweet for my taste. But, rest assured that since we were paying for the 4 shots, I did drink them all!
