January '08 - South America: A Day At Sea & Valparaiso, Chile

Guest Chef Susie Heller, (Executive Producer for Jacques Pépin and Culinary Producer for Julia Child on a total of six series and three specials), joins the Executive Chef and his assistant. Note she is carrying a fire extinguisher. In a prior cooking class, Susie had cut her finger. At the next session, Chef Renald arrived with a large first aid kit! In a subsequent session, the chef had burned something and there was smoke so in this session, Susie arrived with the fire extinguisher!

The light was poor for taking pictures thus this is blurred! PhotoShop can only do so much with what the photographer presents!
