Prices of gas in Punta Arenas, Chile at the time we were there. 633 Chilean Pesos translates to about $1.27USD. That may sound really cheap until you realize the price is per liter! Thus, it represents about $5USD per gallon! At the time in the US, at least in the Tampa area, gas was going from about $2.85 per gallon! We've actually had it pretty good compared to other countries!
