Punta Arenas, yes, Chile (there is a Punta Arenas, Costa Rica which is also a cruise ship port) was the only port we spent 2 days in.   We spent 3 days in the waters of Antarctica, however, we were not in a port.

We took a tour on each of the days.   Day 1 was "The Penguins of Otway Sound", day 2, "Trekking the Andean Club".   While the penguins we saw were the same magellenic species we'd seen in Puerto Madryn, these, we able to get closer to at the waters edge.   They are indeed a delight to watch!   The 'trek' on the second day turned out to be one of our favorite excursions for the entire trip.
