A closer look at the guanacos and penguins with their heads sticking out of the burrows!   A gull flies low along the area, perhaps looking for unguarded penquin eggs.   We learned that by this time of year, all the eggs have hatched.   The young must be ready by mid-April (fall) to make the swim to Brazil for the winter.
