| While Uruguay is a very small country, it has this large Capital Building, aka Legislative Palace. It is normally closed on Saturday's but the cruise line had arranged to have it opened for our visit. I'm sure the some 15 or so guards we saw were glad when we were gone so they could get back to their normal Saturday routines. |
