A watch tower in the park between the old hotel and the train station. If our guide mentioned any history on it, I don't remember it and I couldn't find anything online. Because of the location of the old hotel, it may have been built so visitors could climb up and see the falls. We didn't have time to take a hike up the steps that wound around the structure.
