Day three in Buenos Aires: We are on our own. So far, it's been hectic so we chose to spend the day on our own and just wander around the neighborhood where we stayed. The neighborhood (barrio) is MicroCenter. Our hotel (Sheraton) was right on the edge of the Plaza San Martin and it was only a couple of blocks to Calle Florida.

This is the Plaza end of Calle Florida, the best known pedestrian shopping street in Buenos Aires. While primarily populated by tourists, we understood that some of the locals (Porteños) also shop here.
