| Part of the evening ritual was the Daily Briefing when our Cruise Manager told us where we would be and what we would be doing the next day. On nights when there was a special selection for dinner, our Chef de Cuisine (Reiner) and our Maître d'Hotel (Janos) gave us a preview. Tonight would be a special German dinner...
